- 1/4 c. Almond Butter
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder (I used Garden of LIfe's Organic Plant Protein in Smooth Energy)
- 2 TBS fresh blueberries, chopped
- 1/2 TBS coconut flour
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients.
- Roll into balls.
- Dust with coconut flour (optional).
