Blueberry Coconut Almond Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Almond Butter
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (I used Garden of LIfe's Organic Plant Protein in Smooth Energy)
  • 2 TBS fresh blueberries, chopped
  • 1/2 TBS coconut flour
  • Pinch of Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Dust with coconut flour (optional).
